I've been M.I.A. from posting blogs, i've been very busy. Brief catch up, I've moved into a new apartment YEA! And been doing some traveling.
So about this posts title... I'm a band head. That mean's that I'm addicted to marching bands, more specifically for me HBCU marching bands. I like the sound, the creativity and the energy that surrounds HBCU bands. It you are a true band head then I'm sure you have heard of Southern University, the Human Jukebox, and Jackson State, the Sonic Boom of the South. These 2 bands have a legacy of possesing aggressive sound.
I've never heard these two bands in person, so I traveled from Greensboro, NC to Jackson, MS to watch a football game and see these bands go to battle. This was an EPIC battle. Please enjoy these pics of my journey to jackson.
